Return & Shipping Policy – After Nine

Important:
Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.


Returns

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges.

Conditions

Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused and in the original packaging.
Products where hygiene is important must be properly cleaned before initiating the return process.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Underwear

  • Tights

  • Certain cosmetics

  • Skincare products

Refunds

Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Returns must be shipped to China, with shipping costs starting from $30.


Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement free of charge.
If the issue occurs again with the replacement, you will receive a full refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as our system operates automatically.

After receiving your order, we require 1–3 business days for processing.

  • On regular business days, processing usually takes 1 day.

  • Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may take longer.


Delivery Time

Average delivery time after shipping: 6–12 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days due to high demand, global delays, or holidays.


Placing an Order

  2. Choose desired options and click “Checkout.”

  3. Enter and verify your shipping information.

  4. Free shipping is provided as a thank-you to our customers.

  5. Click “Proceed to Payment” and complete checkout securely.

Free Shipping
